Formed in 2003, we look after landlords and tenants across East Lancashire from our office on Briercliffe Road.
Friendly and knowledgeable
We manage more than 500 properties for over 200 landlords, ranging from first-time investors in their twenties to experienced business owners in their eighties, living locally, across the UK and abroad. One house or a portfolio of 100+ units, you get the same care.
Working with the council, not against it
RPC has helped landlords and Burnley Council since licensing began, and we have an excellent working relationship with the licensing team. That saves our landlords time and money.
