By the way, I keep singing RPC praises around to other agents and trying to get them to adopt various of your practices. There is nobody doing it as well as RPC – that’s a fact! You have the most difficult area to operate in and you look for all the ways to make it work. You thoroughly deserve the business awards that you’ve achieved. If all agents were as committed and innovative as RPC we wouldn’t have the rental problems that so pervade in the current climate.
